Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Being in the service industry has many perks, however one of the biggest struggles is having our valuable time spent on lost opportunities due to appointments that are cancelled late and No-Shows. Since the way we all earn our income is by appointment, this can cut deeply into our ability to earn a living in a consistent manner.

To ensure that the time of our Service Providers is not lost due to this occurrence, we will be initiating a Deposit Required Policy for our guests that Cancel within ONE (1) hour of their appointment or do not show (No-Show) for their scheduled service. This deposit will need to be paid before booking a future service at Reflections Salon and will be equal to 50% of the future service or services booked.

This deposit will be placed into the clients’ account and used towards the service total on the day scheduled OR will be forfeit in the event of another Late Cancellation or No-Show occurrence.

This Deposit Required policy will be in place for a minimum of Three (3) months after the first No-Show/Late Cancellation but may be kept in cases of repeat occurrences.
